No pre-bid conference or site visit is scheduled. Questions are due March 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM.
The scope calls for full-extension, side-mount, lever-release drawer slides equivalent to Knape & Vogt Part #KV8400 B (Anochrome) with 100-pound load capacity per pair and 32mm hole spacing (U.S./European mounting compatible). Required quantities total 2,500 sets of 14-inch slides, 2,500 sets of 18-inch slides, 5,500 sets of 20-inch slides, and 150 cartons of #8 × ½" drawer slide screws (1,000 count each). Samples of all three slide sizes must be submitted prior to bid opening. All freight and shipping costs are included in bid prices; delivery is FOB destination to the three specified locations.
This is a single-award, indefinite-quantity contract structured with fixed unit prices, a two-year base period, and three single-year renewal options. Pricing must remain firm for a minimum of 90 days from contract effective date; any increases require 30 days' written notice and supporting documentation subject to MCE approval. No bid bond is required. The solicitation carries no MBE or VSBE subcontracting goals and contains no federal funding.
Bidders must register with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT), submit independently audited financial statements (P&L and balance sheet for the last two years), a Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Bidder Information Sheet, Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure, legal action summary, and a list of current and prior state contracts. All contractor and subcontractor personnel are subject to criminal background checks prior to assignment and must display company identification while on state premises.
