About this opportunity
Front Range Community College (FRCC) issued a Documented Quote solicitation (FRCC-DQ-17-08-W) seeking quotes for three complete surgical instrument sets to support the college's Surgical Technology Program. The procurement requires vendors to provide quotes for a 524-Major Tray containing 42 individual instruments, a 521-Hysterectomy Set containing 43 individual instruments, and a 527-Minor Tray containing 37 individual instruments. All pricing must be submitted exclusive of federal and state sales taxes, with delivery required to the FRCC Westminster Campus as F.O.B. destination. Quotes were due by October 18, 2016, at 2:00 PM, submitted to the FRCC Purchasing Office in Westminster, Colorado. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on pricing compliance with specifications and FRCC's sole judgment regarding the vendor's ability to provide quality goods and services in the best interest of the state. FRCC reserves the right to purchase additional goods and services at the same bid prices within a reasonable period and may award to multiple vendors at its discretion.
Vendors must be registered on the Colorado Operations Resource Engine (CORE) prior to the bid opening date to have their quotes considered. All quotes must acknowledge receipt of any addenda and include completed signature pages; vendors submitting multiple quotes will have their entire submission disqualified. In cases of equal bids, Colorado-based businesses will prevail as allowed by law, providing an advantage for in-state vendors. No formal contracts will be utilized; instead, orders will be issued through Purchase Orders with no alternate terms and conditions accepted. FRCC reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. No specific budget range or incumbent vendors are identified in the solicitation documents provided.
