A veteran-owned business preference allows up to a 12% preference for certified small businesses majority owned and operated by veterans. Bidders must be registered in the SWIFT system as either a bidder or supplier and must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer's representative. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the contract terms specify that all costs, including duties, custom fees, permits, licenses, taxes, and overhead, must be included in the quoted price. The contract period runs from April 24, 2025, to June 30, 2025, or until all obligations are satisfactorily fulfilled.
