The contractor may not have more than two markers in one cruise unit without prior approval, and each marker must have an assigned area to mark. The DNR will supply the paint, and the contractor's work schedule must coincide with the DNR's schedule for paint supply.

The procurement documents do not mention any incumbent vendors or current contractors. The award value is based on the estimated 268.1 acres, but the budget range is not provided.
