Bidders must provide unit pricing per mile for brushing and pruning services for each group. Unit prices must include all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and incidentals necessary for completion. Responses must include the completed Vendor Qualification Form (Attachment E) and Equipment Form (Attachment F).

The contract term extends from Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2027, with no guaranteed work volume. Contractors must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance ($1.5 million per occurrence), Commercial Automobile Liability ($1.5 million combined single limit), and Workers' Compensation before commencing work. E-Verify certification is required for services valued over $50,000. The State will pay invoices within 30 days of receipt or delivery of services, whichever is later. Subcontracting is prohibited. Work cannot commence until the contractor receives Notice to Proceed and completes a pre-construction meeting with the DNR Project Supervisor. Bid prices must remain firm for 180 days. Questions are due October 20, 2026 to Amy Archer, Contract Officer. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal; email and faxed submissions will not be accepted.
