Pricing must be entered directly into the SWIFT system at the unit line level, with no separate price schedule document permitted. Vendors must provide pricing in US currency, with costs inclusive of all duties, fees, permits, taxes, overhead, profit, and insurance. The state will not add sales tax, as state agencies hold a Direct Payment Authorization Letter.
