About this opportunity
The state of Arizona, specifically Gila County and the Bellemont CDP, is seeking proposals for the DEMA Igloo Waterproofing CN (M24-0030) Annual contract, with a solicitation posted on August 28, 2024, and proposals due by September 18, 2024. This procurement appears to be focused on waterproofing services for an igloo-related project, with specific requirements for suppliers to complete an items grid directly within the proposal. Potential bidders must submit all questions through the "Discussion Forum" tab in the APP system, with direct emails to procurement officers or project managers strictly prohibited. The solicitation requires multiple mandatory documents for submission, including an Offer and Acceptance form, Trade Secrets documentation, Confidential Information attachment, Subcontractors and Materials Supply List, Certificate of Corporate Authority, and declarations regarding participation in boycotts and forced labor practices. Bidders must carefully follow all submission guidelines, ensuring complete documentation and adherence to the specified procurement process.
The contract opportunity does not explicitly indicate specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. However, the required documentation suggests potential political and ethical considerations, such as compliance with statements regarding boycotts of Israel and forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs. While specific award values or budget ranges are not detailed in the provided information, the annual nature of the contract implies potential ongoing financial commitments. The procurement appears to be open to qualified contractors capable of meeting the waterproofing scope of work and submitting the comprehensive documentation. Interested vendors should carefully review all requirements, ensuring they can provide the necessary certifications and meet the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract's geographic focus on Gila County and Bellemont CDP indicates a localized procurement opportunity within Arizona's governmental procurement framework.
