The initial contract term is one year, with two optional renewal periods of up to one year each, exercisable at the County's sole discretion with thirty days' written notice. Pricing proposals must itemize preventative maintenance, travel fees, freight, and consumables for each service visit, calculated at 9.375 percent sales tax. Evaluation weighting is project approach (30 percent), firm qualifications (25 percent), team qualifications (20 percent), and price (25 percent). Questions and comments are due September 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with anticipated award on October 1, 2026.
