The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) covering 11,761 acres, with 5,590 acres designated as Priority One and 6,171 acres as Priority Two. The primary deliverables include a detailed inventory and precise GPS mapping of invasive weed infestations across the specified land areas. No mandatory site visit is required for this procurement, and vendors must guarantee pricing for the entire project duration. The scope of work, detailed in the attached documents, outlines specific requirements for mapping and documenting weed infestations in the designated areas.

There are no specific set-aside designations or restrictions on vendor participation mentioned in the available documentation. The procurement appears to be open to all qualified vendors capable of meeting the technical and logistical requirements of the weed inventory project. While the exact budget range is not explicitly stated, the procurement documents suggest this is a competitively bid contract with cost being a primary evaluation factor. The attached files include supporting documentation such as priority area maps, vendor prerequisites, scope of work, and previous bid results, which potential vendors can review to understand the full project requirements. The contract will be executed through the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, with the goal of comprehensively documenting and mapping invasive weed infestations in the specified BLM-administered lands in Kane County.
