About this opportunity
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners in Georgia is soliciting proposals for Cybersecurity Services through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive cybersecurity services to protect the County's IT infrastructure, which includes two data centers, 16 servers, and approximately 400 Windows 10/11 workstations. The successful vendor will be required to monitor all devices, provide 24/7 incident response, and ensure compliance with CJIS and HIPAA regulations. Key deliverables include a SIEM solution, firewall management, network access control, and endpoint protection. The County is seeking a firm with strong qualifications, the ability to meet the County's requirements, and the best overall value. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on June 27, 2024, and the County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
This RFP is open to all qualified vendors, and there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The County has not identified any incumbent vendors or current contractors, and the RFP does not provide a specific budget range. However, the County is open to changes and scalability to accommodate future growth and technological changes, and the RFP requires a breakdown of costs for each service component.
