About this opportunity

The City of Philadelphia is conducting a micro purchase procurement for CWR IT Equipment through the PHLContracts eProcurement platform. This micro purchase solicitation was posted on May 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 14, 2026. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items specified in the solicitation to be eligible for award consideration, and no deliveries or services should commence until formal notification is received from the department. All quotes must be submitted electronically through PHLContracts, and quoted prices must remain valid for 60 days from submission. The contract term will commence on the effective date specified in PHLContracts and automatically terminate 365 days thereafter at midnight. All prices must be submitted as net amounts exclusive of taxes, and all products must be delivered FOB Destination Point at the quoted prices.

There are no specific set-aside designations identified in this procurement, though the City has provided an optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form for vendors to voluntarily self-report LGBTQ business ownership and certification status; however, response to this form is entirely voluntary and does not impact bid eligibility or award decisions. Sellers must not be indebted to the City for delinquent taxes or other debts without an established payment plan and must comply with all applicable laws, including Philadelphia's business tax requirements. All successful sellers must maintain workers' compensation insurance at statutory limits, general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $500,000 per occurrence, and automobile liability insurance with a minimum limit of $300,000 per occurrence. Most critically, vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to have their quotes deemed responsive and eligible for consideration. The total contract amount shall not exceed $43,000, adjusted annually by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published figure, rounded to the nearest thousand dollars.
