This is a courtesy posting intended to inform vendors of Utah public entities' intent to utilize the resulting contract from solicitation number 2026U-03. The specific goods being procured are truck bodies, though detailed specifications, deliverables, and technical requirements must be reviewed in the complete solicitation documents available on the CES vendor portal at ces.org/vendors. Vendors must create a vendor account to access the full RFP documentation and must monitor the CES eProcurement System for any modifications or extensions to the solicitation. The proposal submission deadline is April 11, 2026, with the solicitation posted as of March 26, 2026. All questions regarding the procurement and proposal submissions must be directed to the CES Procurement Office, not the State of Utah, as this posting serves as information only.
The resulting contract will be available for use by all Utah public entities authorized to participate in state cooperative contracts, including State of Utah departments and agencies, political subdivisions such as cities, counties, school districts, colleges and universities, special service districts, as well as nonprofit organizations and federal government agencies where applicable under Utah law. No specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or incumbent vendor information is detailed in this courtesy posting.
