Electronic bidding is required. Bidders must complete a Bidders/Proposers List in the AZ UTRACS system and submit confirmation to the Business Engagement and Compliance Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on the fifth calendar day following bid opening; failure to do so results in ineligibility for award.
