The scope encompasses on-call repair and maintenance for commercial refrigeration, freezer, and ice machines at Austin State Hospital, Building 643 (4110 Guadalupe, Austin, Texas 78751). Contractors must respond to non-emergency calls within four business hours and emergency calls within two hours during regular business hours (7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, Central Time). Contractors must hold current EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and demonstrate a minimum of three years of relevant experience with verifiable references. Background checks are mandatory for all personnel prior to site access.

Pricing must be submitted as firm, fixed hourly rates for regular and emergency services plus a parts markup percentage on the provided Exhibit C Pricing Sheet. Historical annual spend for similar services is $37,755.90, provided as a guideline only. The initial contract term runs three years (September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2029) with an option for one additional year at the agency's discretion.
