Pricing is evaluated on a rate schedule basis with line items for shop rate, after-hours call-out fee, after-hours labor rate, mobile service rate, transportation rate, and body shop rate, all quoted in dollars per hour.

Evaluation weighing is proposal transmittal letter (10%), qualifications and experience (35%), rate schedule (30%), technical approach (15%), and acceptance of the City's standard contract (10%). Respondents must provide proof of insurance meeting mandatory requirements including Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, Commercial Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 per accident, Workers' Compensation per statutory requirements, and Professional Liability of $1,000,000 per claim.
