About this opportunity
The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking qualified Clinical Consultants to serve as authorized Department representatives. The selected consultants will be responsible for reviewing and inspecting programs seeking Level III Certification to determine their compliance with 115 CMR 5.14A. Bidders must be currently licensed to practice psychology, psychiatry, or applied behavior analysis in the Commonwealth, have experience providing services for individuals with difficult behavioral problems, demonstrate the ability to apply the highest professional and clinical standards, and have training/experience in applied behavior analysis and behavioral treatment. The RFR has a "rolling" calendar, with responses accepted up to three months prior to the end date of June 30, 2029. Selected bidders will be compensated at an hourly rate and may be reimbursed for travel time. The RFR states that the award of a Master Agreement contract does not commit DDS to purchase any services, and the Department reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses.
The total funding for this opportunity is approximately $30,000 per year. The RFR does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. It also does not mention any incumbent vendors or current contractors, or any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. Bidders must submit required documents including a cover letter, curriculum vitae, valid license, and a writing sample, and all responses must be submitted electronically through the COMMBUYS system.
