About this opportunity
The Anchor School, a public charter school in DeKalb County, Georgia, is seeking qualified School Furniture Providers (SFPs) to design, select, and install classroom and office furniture for their school in two phases. The first phase is targeted for completion by July 2024, and the second phase by July 2025. The selected SFP(s) will be responsible for providing a wide range of furniture, including desks, chairs, storage units, and collaborative furniture for classrooms, offices, and communal spaces. Proposers must submit their Statements of Qualifications and Proposals electronically by 5:00 p.m. EST on April 5, 2024. The school will evaluate proposals based on the SFP's team, experience, service delivery approach, completeness, and cost alignment with the school's needs. The school reserves the right to negotiate with selected proposers and award a multi-year, multi-awarded contract to the most qualified vendor(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the school.
The Anchor School encourages participation from Small Business Entities, Georgia-based businesses, Women-Owned Businesses, and Minority-Owned Businesses. While no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed, the school's existing infrastructure and technology may require integration with the new furniture. The school has not provided any specific award values or budget ranges for this procurement, but it is a significant opportunity for qualified furniture providers to work with a public school in DeKalb County, Georgia.
