About this opportunity
The State of Florida, through Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens), is issuing an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for a cloud-based software solution to assist its Claims Department with end-to-end quality assurance audits and claims quality monitoring processes. The software is expected to include the newest technology available, with a particular interest in the use of artificial intelligence for real-time monitoring of adjusting behaviors and identifying potential issues from audits. The selected vendor will either provide both the software and professional services directly, or the software and services may be provided by separate entities through a joint reply. The ITN is posted on Citizens' website, and the deadline for responding is August 10, 2023. Vendors are advised to familiarize themselves with all requirements of the solicitation and to direct any questions to the Procurement Officer.
The ITN does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The current incumbent or any existing contractors are not mentioned. While the ITN does not provide a specific award value or budget range, it is likely that Citizens is seeking a comprehensive solution to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its claims quality assurance processes.
