Key deliverables include six-year maintenance service, emergency repairs, system inspections, and immediate replacement of cylinders within 24 hours of testing. Evaluation criteria will utilize a point-based scoring system considering hourly rates for technicians, helpers, and supervisors across different service times, with additional points for materials markup percentages. The contract period will run from May 28, 2025, to May 27, 2027, with an option for one additional two-year renewal period.

The contractor must maintain a business office within 50 miles of the district's central administration and have trained personnel capable of servicing systems from manufacturers including Amerex, Ansul Inc., CaptiveAire, Kiddie-Fenwal Inc., and Pyrochem. While specific total contract value is not explicitly stated, the bid requires contractors to provide hourly rates and materials markup percentages, with compensation structured at hourly rates plus a percentage markup on manufacturer's wholesale prices for parts and materials. Insurance requirements are comprehensive, mandating general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, automotive liability of $300,000, and workers' compensation insurance with specific employer's liability limits. Emergency response times are strictly defined, with a requirement to respond within two hours for calls made before 4:00 p.m.
