About this opportunity

The City of Philadelphia is requesting quotes for a CCOM AV Cart measuring 26 x 20 inches in black under a micro purchase solicitation, with quotes due July 6, 2026. This will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award. The City of Philadelphia is exempt from federal excise, transportation, and Pennsylvania sales and use taxes; pricing must be quoted on an FOB Destination Point basis exclusive of all taxes. Quotations remain valid for 60 days from submission.

The total contract amount cannot exceed $43,000, adjusted annually by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index-U from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published figure and rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. The contract term is limited to 365 days from the effective date, commencing upon issuance of a purchase order by an authorized representative of the Procurement Department. No delivery or services may commence until the department issues formal notification.

Sellers must submit an executed Consent & Authorization form on file in their vendor profile or attached with the quote; failure to provide this form will result in the quote not being considered. All submissions must be made electronically through PHLContracts and must address any validation warnings before final submission.

Successful sellers must maintain general liability insurance with minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence, workers' compensation insurance at statutory limits, and automobile liability insurance at $300,000 per occurrence. Submission of the optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form is encouraged to support the City's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; the form collects voluntary self-identification data and inquires about LGBTQ-certified subcontractors.
