About this file

This is a Seller Checklist document for Small Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist provides step-by-step guidance for vendors responding to a micro purchase opportunity for a CCOM AV Cart measuring 26 x 20" in black. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and are instructed not to deliver or provide services until receiving notification from the department.

The checklist outlines a 13-step submission process that requires vendors to confirm their Seller role status, select LBE certification status, enter unit costs for all listed items, answer mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and submit required attachments. Critical requirements include submission of an executed Consent & Authorization form, which must be on file in the vendor's profile or attached with the quote; failure to provide this form will result in the quote not being considered. Vendors are also encouraged to submit the optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. All submissions must address validation warnings before final submission through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov, and vendors should review their complete quote in the Summary Tab prior to submittal.
