The scope of work includes cutting out old mortar at masonry corners, cleaning mortar debris, replacing it with new mortar of similar color, and removing all related debris from the project site. Qualified contractors must possess a valid Nevada Business License and Nevada Contractors License (if applicable), maintain required insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability ($2,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 per occurrence), Commercial Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), and Workers' Compensation Insurance at statutory limits. Work is restricted to Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on the secure military base, and all personnel must pass a background check via the NVARNG Personal Security Questionnaire form and maintain valid government-issued identification. The bid release date is April 6, 2026, with proposals due by April 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time through Nevada EPRO. Contractors must schedule site visits at least two working days in advance by contacting the regional Point of Contact. Contract award will be made based on overall cost, conformance to requirements, valid licensing, and insurance compliance, with the contract term running through June 30, 2027 upon Clerk of the Board/Board of Examiners approval. All invoicing must match the pricing provided in the proposal, with payment made within 30 days upon invoice receipt and agency approval.

Bidders must submit proposals through Nevada EPRO with required documentation including proof of insurance coverage and an Addenda Acknowledgement, and contractors must register with both the Nevada State Contractor Registration Form and Nevada EPRO Periscope Holdings to receive payment. The State reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all proposals at its discretion. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the available documentation; however, contract award is contingent upon State and/or Federal funding availability. Vendors should note that this contract does not constitute an ongoing service agreement, and hourly rates are not required unless work extends beyond the initial project scope.
