Required insurance included Commercial General Liability of $1 million per occurrence, Professional Liability of $1 million per claim, and a Commercial Umbrella of $5 million. Bidders had to furnish performance and payment bonds, and the solicitation accepted either a bid bond or alternate bid security in the form of a cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit.
