About this opportunity
Tarleton State University, a member institution of The Texas A&M University System, is requesting proposals for comprehensive campus sponsorship asset valuation services, with proposals due October 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Tarleton requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan with a 2% goal for service-disabled veteran-owned business utilization; if other considerations are equal, preference is given to vendors with principal places of business in Texas.
The scope encompasses identifying and valuing campus-wide sponsorship assets across academic, administrative, student-facing, and auxiliary units, including physical spaces, programs, events, publications, digital media, intellectual property, and naming opportunities. Deliverables include a coordinated campus signage network strategy and a maintainable database of sponsorship opportunities. The contractor must develop an evidence-based foundation for a strategic and centralized sponsorship program while protecting the Tarleton State brand.
The anticipated contract value is $100,000 or more over the life of the contract, with a project term of approximately four to six months and potential extension subject to amendment and procurement requirements. Respondents must provide detailed financial proposals with separate line items for database platform costs, implementation, licensing, hosting, support, and optional future-year expenses. The contractor must maintain insurance coverage including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and excess/umbrella liability with minimum combined limits of $5,000,000.
Evaluation criteria are weighted at 100 points: vendor qualifications (15 points), comprehensive asset inventory methodology (15 points), valuation methodology (20 points), signage network strategy (10 points), database deliverables (10 points), implementation recommendations (10 points), project management approach (5 points), and cost proposal (15 points). Optional finalist presentations are scheduled for November 3–6, 2026, with contract award notification on November 17 and anticipated service commencement on December 1, 2026. No pre-proposal conference is scheduled.
