Contractors must also comply with new Generative AI reporting requirements and provide current business licenses. Insurance requirements are comprehensive, including $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate general liability coverage, $1,000,000 motor vehicle liability insurance, and appropriate worker's compensation coverage.
