A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled for 3/25/2025 at 10:00 AM, with strict attendance requirements; contractors must sign in, remain for the entire walk, and be present for roll call or risk being deemed non-responsive. The project is located in a multi-jurisdictional area including San Luis Obispo County, San Francisco City, and San Luis Obispo City, potentially offering broader regional economic opportunity. No incumbent vendor information or specific budget range is provided in the available documentation. The procurement process emphasizes strict compliance with pre-bid meeting requirements and technical qualifications, suggesting a competitive selection process focused on contractor capability and procedural adherence. Interested contractors should carefully review all documentation and ensure full compliance with the detailed submission guidelines to be considered for the project.
