All work must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days following tank delivery to site.

Each bid requires a bid guarantee of at least 5% of the total bid amount, submitted as cash, certified check payable to ONWASA, or a bid bond per N.C.G.S. 143-129. Full specifications and plans are available from the engineer, WithersRavenel, Inc., 167 E. Chatham Street, Suite 210, Cary, NC 27511, for a non-refundable $25 per set. Plan rooms are available at Carolina's AGC in Fayetteville, the Hispanic Contractor's Association in Charlotte, the F.W. Dodge Corporation Plan Room in Raleigh, and online through the North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development.
