Staged construction will maintain traffic throughout the project duration.

The contract is subject to Federal-aid construction requirements, EEO labor documentation, DBE trucking reports, Monthly Labor Summary Reports, Monthly Contract Activity Reports, substance abuse prevention program certification, environmental controls including lead paint remediation and ambient air monitoring, and comprehensive traffic control procedures.
