About this opportunity

The University of Central Florida (UCF) is issuing an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for a branding and marketing consultant to support the launch and fundraising campaign for a new $100 million arts complex on campus. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing the branding, a website, videos, and other promotional materials to raise donor and community awareness for the new facility through the duration of the fundraising campaign until it opens. The project will primarily serve the School of Performing Arts, with secondary use by the School of Visual Arts and Design, and other campus partners. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 22, 2022, and written questions are due by November 30, 2022. Proposals are due by December 16, 2022, and UCF intends to award a one-year contract with possible renewals. The ITN outlines specific requirements for the proposal, including experience and qualifications, project staff, responsiveness to the scope of work, integration of innovative ideas and technology, and overall pricing. UCF will not reimburse travel, meals, or lodging expenses.

This ITN is open to all qualified vendors, and there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. UCF has not identified any incumbent vendors or current contractors for this project, and there are no specific technology integration requirements. The ITN does not provide any details on the award value or budget range, but the successful respondent will be responsible for supporting the fundraising campaign for the $100 million arts complex.
