About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is soliciting a Blanket Purchase Order for 50 Philips UltraWide 34" Curved LCD monitors (Part 346B1C) with USB-C and docking stations, with bids due June 1, 2026.

All pricing must be submitted on an FOB Destination basis with freight costs included; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Delivery time and rate are essential to the order; failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination.

Each monitor includes a 4-year advance exchange manufacturer's warranty. The BPO has a base performance period of 12 months. Offerors must complete and attach all schedule pages through the Supplier Portal (EUNA/Bonfire) with the representative's signature to be considered responsive.

Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and paid 30 days from receipt of invoice or receipt of order, whichever is later. Invoices must contain purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The Contracting Officer may issue written changes with equitable adjustments available for cost or time impacts when claims are submitted within 30 days of change notification.

All purchase orders are governed by the laws of the State of Texas with venue in Dallas County. The complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document is available in the Supporting Documentation section. Vendors must register in Bonfire to access the full solicitation details and BidTable.
