About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is procuring lapel pins, backings, and cards through a blanket purchase order opportunity posted on April 1, 2026, with a submission deadline of April 15, 2026. While specific quantities and detailed specifications are contained within the Bonfire registration system's in-browser BidTable, vendors must complete the "Prepare Your Submission" process to access complete project details and respond to the opportunity. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Delivery timeliness is critical to this procurement, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules may result in rejection and default termination of the contract. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and containing the purchase order number, item descriptions, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Vendors must comply with all terms outlined in DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, which governs inspection and acceptance procedures, change order processes, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting participation to particular organization types or disadvantaged enterprises. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or integration requirements with existing infrastructure or technology are identified in the available procurement materials. The solicitation documents similarly do not disclose anticipated award values, budget ranges, or specific quantities required for the lapel pins, backing, and cards, indicating that these financial and volume parameters are accessible only through the Bonfire platform registration and BidTable system. All disputes arising from this procurement shall be resolved through the Contracting Officer with potential appeal to the Authority, and the agreement is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. Vendors responding to this opportunity must also certify non-association with designated foreign terrorist organizations and verify non-boycott of Israel compliance.
