Awardees must obtain all necessary permits, provide manufacturer-specified training for County personnel, and include a bi-annual maintenance plan in the final cost. A minimum one-year warranty on all parts and labor and a two-year warranty on paint delamination and peeling are required. Required insurance includes workers' compensation (Georgia statutory limits), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), and automobile liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit). A bid bond of not less than 5% of the total bid amount is required; if awarded, contractors must provide 100% performance and payment bonds within 15 calendar days of notification.
