All materials must be new and unused or current production; no reconditioned or used items are acceptable. The County is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and Georgia Sales Tax, and all bids become subject to public inspection following contract award. This is a unit price contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase quantities, and the County does not guarantee minimum total purchases. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the procurement documents; pricing evaluation will be based on the percentage discount offered off medical supplies and medical equipment catalog pricing.
