The project scope includes associated technical elements such as air release valves, fittings, plug valves, and connections, along with specialized technical requirements like jack and bore operations under Highway 341 (120 linear feet of 30-inch steel casing) and a railroad crossing (100 linear feet of 36-inch steel casing). The project timeline mandates substantial completion within 180 consecutive calendar days and final completion within 210 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractors will be required to coordinate extensively with the City of Perry and other utility owners within the project corridor, with project management handled by GWES, LLC.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, the bid appears to be open to qualified contractors capable of executing complex municipal infrastructure projects. The project will be awarded as a single contract, suggesting comprehensive technical and operational capabilities will be critical for bidder success. The project is managed by GWES, LLC, located in Perry, Georgia, with contact information provided for potential inquiries. Though a specific budget range is not mentioned, the extensive scope of work involving force main installation, jack and bore operations, and coordination with multiple utility owners suggests a significant capital investment.
