Contractors must submit a bid guarantee of at least 10% of the total bid, provide a non-collusion declaration, and comply with California Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements. The project has a 30 working day completion timeframe, with liquidated damages of $1,200 per calendar day for delays.

Bidders will be required to provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. The project involves rehabilitating an existing well with a total depth of 375 feet, and contractors must adhere to strict discharge permit requirements, including maintaining water turbidity below 100 NTUs.
