This is an RFQ under the Brooks Act for Consultant Selection.

The project comprises safety improvements along Bear Creek Road from West Four Ridge Road to Carol Park Road, spanning 1.13 miles in Jefferson County, Missouri. The estimated construction cost is $2.5 million, funded through the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STBG-9902(609)). Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications per RSMO 8.285–8.291, an Affidavit of Compliance with the federal work authorization program, and a copy of their E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding.
