The lower 6 inches of existing wainscoting will be removed; existing wainscot and shower surround above 6 inches, wall cabinets, and toilets at existing locations remain. Work must be completed within 60 days of purchase order issuance, Monday through Friday, with the facility occupied during renovation. The bid price must include all materials, drywall, labor, disposal, and site cleanup.

Contractors must maintain workers' compensation insurance and general liability coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with New York State named as additional insured. All subcontractors require pre-approval. Work is guaranteed for at least one year including parts, materials, and labor. Written questions are due August 12, 2026, with official responses by August 14. Quotes must remain valid through November 16, 2026.
