The scope comprises four primary work streams: Bass Concert Hall Audio System Replacement (sound reinforcement systems, FOH consoles, stage monitors, wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, lobby and backstage audio zones, wireless intercom systems, and IPTV installations); McCullough Theater Supplemental Equipment (console and front-of-house PA system components); Bass Concert Hall Acoustic Improvements with breakout pricing by treatment area; and Audio/Video Rental Equipment and Services with reference pricing for daily, three-day, and weekly rental periods. Respondents must demonstrate capability serving Tier 1 research institutions or similarly complex organizations and provide work experience from the past five years, minimum three client references, and key personnel resumes.

The contract term is three years beginning June 1, 2025 and expiring May 31, 2028, with options to renew for up to two additional three-year terms. The University reserves the right to make multiple awards. Payment terms are net 30 days under the Texas Prompt Payment Act. All proposals must include a one-year manufacturer's warranty and one-year initial warranty for system installation at no additional cost.

Evaluation weighting is price at 35 percent; respondent qualifications and reputation at 20 percent; quality of proposed goods and services at 20 percent; ability to meet University needs at 20 percent; and staffing resources and past business relationship strength at 5 percent. Suppliers must submit comprehensive company information, financial documentation, and detailed pricing breakdowns via the Euna Procurement portal at https://utexas.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/213482.
