The County may verify qualifications and financial ability at its discretion. No set-aside or local-vendor preference is stated.
The base scope covers new wall framing, baseboards, drywall finishing, door and frame installation, and painting of new and existing walls. It also includes new 2'x2' and 2'x4' hanging ceilings with light fixtures and occupancy sensors, removal and relocation of existing ductwork and diffusers, new flex duct, and connection to existing HVAC units. The work adds approximately 810 square feet across two areas at 5338-E George Washington Memorial Highway, Yorktown. Drawings specify named-manufacturer lighting, exhaust, diffuser, paint, and ceiling-tile products, with approved equals permitted.
