The contract term is anticipated to be three years with up to two one-year renewal options exercisable at the City's sole discretion. The proposal deadline is June 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for April 29, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST via Zoom. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Bonfire eProcurement system in two separate sections: Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal. All proposals must include a Pay Equity Reporting Form, and contractors must comply with all City purchasing ordinances, contract terms, and security protocols established by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for operations at Albuquerque International Sunport and Double Eagle II Airport.
