About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking to enter into a single source contract with Attorney's Title Fund Services, LLC for computerized title information services, software, and training for FDOT's Surveying & Mapping and Right Of Way Sections. The services will cover 12 counties in FDOT's District One and the term of the contract is 7 years. FDOT has been using Attorney's Title Fund Services, LLC's services for over 15 years, and they are the sole vendor that can provide the specific geographic location searches and services across all 12 counties in District One on their proprietary database. The estimated dollar amount for this single source purchase is $140,000.00. Vendor information must be received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on May 30, 2023.
This is a single source procurement, as Attorney's Title Fund Services, LLC was the sole bidder when the contract was last advertised in 2017. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. However, Attorney's Title Fund Services, LLC is the incumbent vendor and currently provides these services to FDOT. The procurement does not mention any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration.
