The contract runs August 25, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with potential renewal options. Evaluation is based on lowest grand total price from responsive and responsible bidders. The vendor must obtain a Pasadena business license if conducting more than 10 service visits within the city, comply with the Living Wage Ordinance for contracts exceeding $25,000, and maintain Net 30 payment terms and 5 business day delivery capability with same-day delivery within three hours for orders placed before noon.
