AudienceView Event Ticket Services

The City of Tarpon Springs in Pinellas County, Florida, is pursuing a single source purchase agreement with AudienceView for event ticket services. This procurement opportunity is specifically targeting a direct award to AudienceView without a competitive bidding process, indicating a sole source procurement method. The contract is structured for an estimated annual value of $12,000.00 and focuses on providing event ticket management and related services. The solicitation was posted on September 12, 2025, with a response deadline of September 27, 2025. While detailed specifics about the exact deliverables are not explicitly outlined in the provided documentation, the procurement appears to be centered on obtaining comprehensive event ticketing solutions for the city's entertainment or cultural events.

The procurement appears to be a non-competitive, direct award without specific set-aside designations or restrictions on vendor participation. AudienceView is the recommended vendor, suggesting they possess unique capabilities or proprietary technology that makes them the preferred provider for these ticket services. The contract's annual value of $12,000.00 indicates a relatively modest procurement scope, likely for a specific municipal department or event management function. No information is provided about incumbent vendors or existing technological infrastructure that might require integration. The single source nature of the procurement implies that AudienceView has been identified as the only vendor capable of meeting the City of Tarpon Springs' specific ticketing service requirements.
