About this opportunity

The State of Ohio, through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), is soliciting bids for asphalt repair services at the Van Buren State Park located in Hancock County. The project involves patching potholes and repairing rough asphalt areas throughout the park, from State Route 613 to Township Road 229. The work must be completed by patching machine and rolled in, with a completion date of May 15, 2024. Interested bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal and coordinate with the Park Manager. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, determined by a low lot total price that multiplies the unit cost by the estimated usage. Invoices must be submitted directly to Ohio Shared Services and include the required purchase order and origin information.

There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond to this opportunity. The current incumbent is not specified, and the funding source is the State of Ohio. The contract value will be determined by the low lot total bid price, but an exact budget range is not provided. The contract term is valid only for goods and services received through June 30 of the current year, and a new purchase order will be required for any work performed after that date.
