About this opportunity
Hillsborough County is procuring four Ashcroft pressure and vacuum gauge models (Ashcroft part numbers 251009SWL02LXGV100, 251009SWL02LXGV160, 251009SWL02LXGV30IMV & 60#, and 251009SWL02LXGV60, each assembled with 50310SS02TXCK), with proposals due August 4, 2026. The County states these are the only known gauges meeting the specified operational requirements, indicating a sole-source or single-manufacturer procurement.
All four gauge models feature 2.5-inch stainless-steel dials, stainless-steel tube/process connections rated to 15,000 psi maximum pressure, glycerine-filled cases with silicone dampening, and lower-mounted process connections. The models differ in pressure range and process-connection size: 251009SWL02LXGV100 (0–100 psi, 1/4 NPT male), 251009SWL02LXGV160 (0–160 psi, 1/4 NPT male), 251009SWL02LXGV30IMV & 60# (−30 to 60 psi, 1/4 NPT male), and 251009SWL02LXGV60 (0–60 psi, 1/2 NPT male). The assembly component 50310SS02TXCK includes a 1/2 NPT female process connection, stainless-steel diaphragm material, and additional specifications that appear truncated in the source.
The source does not disclose estimated contract value, contract term, quantity, place of performance, evaluation criteria, question-due date, or pre-bid meeting details.
