The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners issued Invitation to Bid No. 21-120-2210 on September 2, 2021, for as-needed repairs and preventative maintenance services, including brake work, for all passenger vehicles under 8,500 lbs. in the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office fleet, with bids due September 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The contract establishes firm fixed pricing for calendar year 2022 with two options to renew for one additional calendar year each. Bid packages were to be delivered to the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, Georgia 30040, where bids were opened and read aloud. Bid documents were available for download at no cost from www.forsythco.com or for a non-refundable $10.00 service fee (cash or check only) from the Procurement Department Office. All bid packages must be complete with required information and documents, clearly marked on the outside lower left corner with the bidder's name, invitation to bid number, and closing date, and submitted in a sealed envelope or container.
