About this opportunity

Pinellas County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework, with proposals due September 15, 2026.

The consultant will ensure AI deployment is responsible, secure, and transparent while improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. No contract value, term length, incumbent, evaluation criteria weighting, or question-due date is specified in the source. No set-aside or preference program is named.
