The procurement documents do not explicitly indicate specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are mentioned in the available documentation. While a precise budget range is not specified, interested contractors will need to review the complete bid specifications to understand the full project scope and potential award value. Bidders will be required to demonstrate technical capability to construct an indoor batting facility, with potential evaluation criteria likely focusing on construction expertise, past performance, and ability to meet the university's specific athletic training facility requirements. The project appears to be a specialized construction effort targeting enhanced baseball training infrastructure for Appalachian State University's athletic program.
