About this opportunity

City of Philadelphia is requesting quotes for APC NetShelter Rack PDU equipment under its Office Automation Program through PHLContracts, with quotes due September 21, 2026.

Quotes must be submitted through the PHLContracts platform using the Seller Office Automation Checklist. Vendors must complete all tabs (General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary), enter unit costs and optional discounts for each item, provide alternate product descriptions as needed, answer all mandatory questions, and address all red validation warnings before submission. Vendors must acknowledge the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question despite its non-applicability to office automation.

All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock; drop shipments are not acceptable. Vendors must provide costs for installation and configuration unless the City otherwise directs. Equipment must be delivered pre-configured or configured at the City's location, with vendors specifying the platform if on-site configuration occurs. Vendors must submit product literature upon the City's request and comply with the Data Processing Agreement governing the contract.

The Office Automation Form specifies warranty and maintenance options. Warranty requirements vary by equipment category: peripherals including the PDU require original equipment manufacturer warranty coverage beginning after a 30 to 120-day acceptance period. On-site maintenance with next-day response (within 24 hours) including all parts and labor is available under either a 3-year or 5-year service-level agreement. Maintenance payment is due following equipment delivery and City acceptance. Vendor instruction and training are requested. The City will consider refurbished equipment.
