About this opportunity
The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) is requesting bids for ambassador services for the Atlantic City Tourism District program, with proposals due September 29, 2026 and a mandatory Zoom webinar scheduled for the same date at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The scope encompasses management of an ambassador team to create a secure and welcoming environment across Atlantic City, including foot or bicycle patrol throughout the district, visitor information and directions, coordination with business owners and public agencies, support for special events with crowd and vehicle control, and year-round operation of one boardwalk operation center (space provided by CRDA). The contractor must establish and maintain a "train the trainers" program ensuring that employees hold current CPR and AED certifications; procure and maintain all AED equipment and first aid supplies; and own and operate all AED units. The contractor bears responsibility for employee certifications and equipment maintenance throughout the contract term.
No estimated contract value, budget range, contract term length, incumbent contractor, or detailed evaluation criteria are specified in the notice. The webinar registration link and connection details for H.323/SIP room systems are provided, indicating this is a mandatory industry event rather than optional pre-bid guidance.
